Senator Leman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule 23, publication notice, be waived on CS FOR HOUSE                 
BILL NO. 239(STA) "An Act declaring the four spot skimmer                      
dragonfly as the official state insect" for the Resources Committee            
meeting on April 12 at 3:30 p.m.  Without objection, it was so
